I think it's absolutely not easy to paint animals. Many artists do but not many really can catch a feeling, a soul of the ctreature, to see its personality. Your works have it all, they represent connection to the Earth and moments of very direct contemplation of life. No matter if it is portrait of a human or an animal. Thanks for your art. (and traditional excuses for poor english) =)

Kindest regards, M.

Thank you very much Maxim :).  A much nicer compliment than you probably even knew.  The most important thing to me is always to capture the personality or soul of whatever I am drawing.  It could be a perfectly rendered drawing, but if I didn't capture the spirit - to me it is a failure (and I have done a few of those!).  Thank you ever so much :)
