Love it! He looks so free - and almost camouflaged so that he is a living part of the mountains, looking out to the distance with them! Do you do larger wildlife works? I think they would look amazing, and capture the grandeur of your ideas.
Hi, I'm commenting to let you know that this has been added to the "Featured" section of our gallery at #Sellers-Showcase
Your artwork is very impressive on the technical side, the lighting and colours are beautiful and the texture of each brush stroke only seems to increase the realism and bring it to life even more. Great work and congrats c:
Ibexes are native animals in Israel and I can see them in the wild anytime I go to a hike in the desert. The way you combined the ibex and the rocks is realistic and great! Your oils look a bit as acrylics and I love this effect. I would like to know if the size of the painting is in cm or in inches?
It is worth the trip if you have never been. During the summer months you have to fight the crowds, but there are a lot of natural wonders to see. I avoid the main tourist routes (like Old Faithful and such) and head for Lamar Valley where a lot of animals hang out during the summer. Winter time is nice, and very beautiful. They only keep one gate open when it starts snowing - which is the one by where I live. And they just keep the roads plowed from that gate, through the valley, and up to a little town where people like to go snowmobiling. Which works for me , because I just head for the valley to look for wildlife !!
